HIGHEST SKILLS AWARD FOR EMPLOYERS

Presented by the President of the Republic of Singapore, the SkillsFuture Employer Awards honour exemplary organisations that champion employees’ skills development and build a lifelong learning culture at the workplace.
The Award distinguishes your organisation as an outstanding employer that emphasises employees’ skills development. It is a prestigious symbol of excellence and helps your organisation gain a competitive edge in talent attraction and retention. Your organisation can receive a Silver, Gold or Platinum Award. The Platinum Award is the highest tier and conferred upon exceptional companies.
The SkillsFuture Employer Awards is open to all Singapore registered entities, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs), corporations and voluntary welfare organisations. Past recipients of the award are encouraged to reapply as an affirmation of their continuous commitment towards creating a culture of learning at their workplace. They will be evaluated on their progress in advancing their employees' skills development since their last award.
Applications are now open till 20 March 2026 (Friday), 11.59 PM. We strongly encourage all interested applicants to apply early before the closing deadline.
JUDGING CRITERIA
