SkillsFuture is a national movement that was launched in 2015 to provide Singaporeans with the opportunity to develop their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points. 

Led by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), the movement is a key pillar of our social compact under Forward SG that encompasses an ecosystem of individuals, employers, unions, training partners, industry partners and the government. Together, we create and support an environment of continual upskilling and reskilling to build an agile and resilient workforce.
